We are currently hiring a Runner / Production Assistant to support our production team based out of our Madison, WI office , assisting with projects throughout the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a clear path to grow into a Production Manager position .

Growth Opportunity:

This role is designed as a training position for future Production Managers . You'll work directly with experienced Project Managers and leadership to learn job site management, material coordination, and production operations.

Responsibilities:

✔ Pick up and deliver materials to job sites ✔ Support Project Managers with daily production tasks ✔ Ensure crews have necessary tools and materials ✔ Take job site photos and upload documentation ✔ Maintain organization of materials and equipment ✔ Keep job sites clean, safe, and efficient ✔ Communicate between field crews and office team

Requirements:

✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs ✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail ✔ Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions ✔ Good communication and time management skills ✔ Construction experience is a plus (not required)
