Job Description

IQ Resource Group in Manitowoc is currently recruiting candidates for press operator positions. Qualified candidates will need to have a positive attitude, strong work history, and a willingness to learn. No experience is required but previous experience and mechanical aptitude are helpful.
Hours:
1st
Shift:
7am to 3pm; Monday through Friday 2nd Shift; 3pm to 11pm; Monday through Friday 3rd shift; 11pm to 7am, Sunday through
Thursday Wage:
$17.00 to $20.00/hr
Essential Duties:
Set up and operate punch press machines according to job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings. Adjust machine settings, including speed, pressure, and feed rate, to ensure precision and quality. Load and unload materials into the machine safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and report any hazards or malfunctions. Maintain accurate production records and complete the required documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong attendance and reliability Basic math skills, including taking measurements Basic mechanical skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift 50 lbs.
