General Laborer - Polishing Division

Badger State Polishing & Coatings LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team. This position involves preparing commercial trucks and components for polishing and restoration while assisting with various shop operations.

Responsibilities:

Sanding and surface preparation of aluminum and stainless-steel components Attention to detail is a must Removal and reinstallation of wheels, fuel tanks, battery boxes, air cleaners, headache racks, air tanks, steps, and other truck accessories Assisting with metal polishing and finishing processes Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Safely operating shop tools and equipment Able to be flexible and willing to learn on the detailing side when needed Supporting fabrication and repair projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Mechanical knowledge of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles Experience with truck disassembly and reassembly Welding and fabrication experience is a major plus Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred
