Pay:
$27.00/hour
Shift:
11:00 PM•7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday) Overview Take the lead on a production line, ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards. This role is responsible for guiding the team, troubleshooting equipment, and driving performance across safety, quality, and productivity. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and support production team members on the line Ensure production goals and performance metrics are met Monitor product quality and perform required checks Set up, operate, and troubleshoot filling equipment Track downtime and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with changeovers, startup, and shutdown procedures Key Responsibilities Oversee daily line operations (safety, quality, output, and cost) Train and support team members to improve performance Perform equipment setup, preventative maintenance, and adjustments Monitor production trends and take corrective action as needed Complete required documentation and production reports Cross-train and support other areas (including palletizing) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required Leadership or lead experience preferred Basic math and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Stand and walk for full shifts (8+ hours) Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent bending, reaching, and use of hands Work Environment Exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals PPE required as needed ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
