Location:

Manitowoc Key Responsibilities / Duties Follow standard operating procedures and manufacturing processes to support production operations. Prepare, sanitize, and maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with company and safety standards. Assist with blending, mixing, packaging, or processing operations as needed. Identify, handle, and use raw materials and components accurately. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, after certification/training. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all workplace safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate operational issues, equipment concerns, and safety matters to supervisors promptly. Complete assigned tasks and special projects as directed by management. Handle materials and products in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Monitor restricted or controlled areas to ensure authorized access only. Read and follow safety documentation, procedures, and instructions, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Perform quality checks, sampling, inspections, or documentation activities as required. Utilize computers and scanners for data entry, inventory tracking, production reporting, and operational records. Maintain accurate inventory and production documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic math, reading, and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience required. Ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain attention to detail. Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures, odors, dust, noise, or industrial conditions. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely as required for the position.
