We're seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team in a role that offers variety, movement, and the chance to learn new skills. What You'll Do Operate production equipment and assist with daily manufacturing processes. Measure, prepare, and handle materials according to established procedures. Monitor production activities to ensure products meet quality standards. Record production information and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory tracking and communicate supply needs when necessary. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Other duties as assigned #Manitowoc1
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift, bend, walk, and remain active throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and reliability. Manufacturing or production experience required.
