Job Description

We are a very stable and successful manufacturing operation. While fast paced, we do provide you with the rules and direction and surround you with a team that will help ensure you are successful. As a member of the Production team, you will be engaged in continuous improvement activities striving to make the workplace better. All employees are expected to adhere to safe work practices, follow work center parts lists, and must meet the standards set per the Coordinator's expectations in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available: 1st shift Mon-Fri 6am-2pm 1st shift Mon-Thur 530am-330pm 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm Different departments and areas, to include: Assembly Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly on commercial laundry equipment (some positions may include wiring) Flex/rotate within various positions when needed Must be able to read and follow visual work instructions and daily schedule Have the ability to use hand and/or air tools with proper training Material Handling Responsible for finished goods inventory movements Loading and unloading of outbound and inbound trucks packaging and pelletized materials use SAP to make movement transactions of goods Set-Up set up, install, adjust, repair, test, calibrate and may operate production line machinery Perform machine adjustments within allowable parameters Remove molds from press after completion of run Troubleshoot machinery and equipment as needed
Qualifications Knowledge/Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred but not required Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial Must be at least 18 years in age
Skills and Abilities:
Positive attitude with ability to function in a team environment Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including some Saturdays Ability to stand for long periods, sit, apply manual dexterity, stoop and bend Job
