Job Summary:
The Catering Production Team Member is a key member of the Noble Catering operations team, responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of food, equipment, and supplies to and from events. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to safely operate a minimum 16' box truck, and the professionalism to execute deliveries independently. The position also supports event pulls, warehouse stocking, equipment care, and operational communication with managers and culinary staff. The Catering Logistics Team plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and organization across all stages of event preparation and execution. Duties/Responsibilities:
Driving & Delivery Safely operate a minimum 16' box truck to complete deliveries, pick-ups, and event logistics. Execute drop-off and set-up catering deliveries independently with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism towards customers directly. Drive, load, and unload equipment, food, and supplies before and after events. Set up breakdown stations at event venues and support on-site staff as needed. Assist with venue room set ups Warehouse & Event Operations Perform accurate event pulls, ensuring all equipment and food items are packed correctly. Load trucks efficiently and safely according to event needs and company procedures. Work with a team to unload trucks at the end of events and return items to the proper locations in the warehouse. Maintain daily organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring items are stored correctly. Stock warehouse supplies and communicate low inventory levels to management. Assist culinary staff as needed and take direction to support event operations or elevated business volume. Ability to run dish machine at the conclusion of an event Equipment, Fleet & Safety Conduct routine vehicle checks prior to every driving shift. Report mechanical, safety, or equipment issues promptly. Help maintain fleet cleanliness, safety, and readiness for daily use. Follow all safety, traffic, and food handling regulations at all times. Report broken, missing, or damaged Catering equipment to management for replacement or repair. Teamwork & Communication Communicate effectively with managers, drivers, warehouse staff, culinary team, and event leads. Represent Noble Catering professionally at all times during customer interactions and event support. Collaborate with peers to ensure timely deliveries and seamless event execution. Required Skills/Abilities:
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work late nights and non-traditional shifts based on event schedules, 2nd and 3rd shift available Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions from operations and culinary teams. Education and Experience:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a 16' box truck confidently, must be 21yrs and older per company logistic policy Prior experience in catering, logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Physical/Work Environment Requirements:
Work is performed across warehouse operations, event sites, and driving routes. Exposure to various weather conditions while loading, unloading, and making deliveries. Fast-paced, team-focused setting that requires flexibility, collaboration, and professionalism. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and handle physical tasks throughout the shift. Experience safely maneuvering equipment on loading docks and flatbeds. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during driving and on-site work. Pay:
