Jun 29, 2026 We are looking for a Direct Mail Production Designer. This will be a 2-3 month onsite role. In this role, you will execute customer-facing Direct Mail creative that supports a consistent and engaging customer experience. Working from approved concepts and established creative direction, you will translate designs into accurate, production-ready files while maintaining brand standards, print quality, and executional excellence. This role requires strong production design expertise, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of print production processes. You will support high-volume seasonal work by ensuring Direct Mail assets are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities Execute Direct Mail projects from approved creative through final production. Translate creative direction into accurate, print-ready files while maintaining brand consistency and creative intent. Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications, print production requirements, and channel standards. Perform thorough quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production readiness. Partner with Creative, Concept Design, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. Prepare files for production, ensuring adherence to printing, prepress, and vendor requirements. Maintain organized project files and support asset management best practices. Manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines during peak seasonal periods. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in production design, print production, retail marketing, direct mail, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat. Strong understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and prepress requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications Direct Mail production experience in a retail or marketing environment. Knowledge of four-color, spot color, digital printing, and postal production requirements.
