Job Description

Summary We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Production Associate to help meet daily production goals and deliver high-quality results for our customers. In this role, you'll rotate through various stations, learning each position and contributing as part of a collaborative team—or confidently running solo when needed. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and take pride in precision, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Basic carpentry skills and familiarity with standard tools are essential, as you'll be working with materials that require care, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. Duties and Responsibilities Support the manufacturing and assembly of doors and millwork. Work toward and consistently meet daily production goals set by the management team. Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and material usage. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and ensure timely delivery. Inspect components for defects and report any issues to ensure product quality. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives , offering ideas and support to enhance production processes. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in door manufacturing, millwork, or a related production environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of doors, millwork components, and basic carpentry techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic computer literacy for tracking inventory and recording production data. Skill Requirements
  • Hands-on carpentry skills including reading tape measures accurately, operating various saws, staple and nail guns, routers, and industrial machinery used in the door manufacturing process.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with quality control and testing procedures.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
  • Forklift experience or desire to learn.
