12 Hour Days Join our family-owned cheese production team in Mosinee, WI where quality, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship come first. We're looking for a self-motivated, dependable individual who's eager to learn, ready to work, and excited to have a voice in troubleshooting and process improvements. If you value consistency, safety, and producing a product you can be proud of—this is the place for you.Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control production machinery
- Monitor and use "Clean in Place" procedures on product machinery and tools
- Scoop and shovel cheese curds in large bins
- Take samples of product for lab testing
- Maintain appropriate production records
- Fill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies
- Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product
- Maintain clean work environment
- Operate within HACCP guidelines to ensure safe, quality product
- Operate and set up bagging machine to bag and seal 37lbs-42lbs block cheese Requirements for
Production Associate:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one to two years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand the entire shift 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs rarely from the ground and 20 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to follow good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Ability to work in warm / hot environment
- Ability to work overtime as needed
