Production Operator - 1st shift Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Wisconsin, Neillsville 1506 Industrial Park Drive (Show on map) May 26, 2026 Description Metal Tube End Forming Operator Neillsville, Wisconsin 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Friday = OT) Join a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and pride in producing highquality metal components! We're looking for a dependable, detaildriven operator to help us create products that meet customer specifications. In this role, you'll work with end forming machinery to shape, finish, and perfect metal tubing. You'll take bent tubes and complete operations such as slotting, trim cutting, flattening, beading (single or double), expanding, flaring, drilling, grinding, and deburring. No prior endforming experience? No problem! Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we're excited to train motivated individuals with a willingness to learn something new! What You'll Do Set up and operate various endforming machines (ram, trim, flatten, bead, expand, flare, drill, grind, deburr, and more) Read, understand, and follow work orders and blueprints Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and customer standards Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and great attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods A positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance
