Overview:

We are seeking multiple Manufacturing Leads to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role acts as a key support to the Shift Supervisor and plays a critical role in managing floor activity, staffing, and production flow. Openings are available across multiple production lines, including Blue shift teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and back up the Shift Supervisor as needed Oversee production teams across assigned lines (Blue 1 / Blue 2) Ensure proper staffing and reassign team members based on production needs Maintain visibility of where production staff are assigned at all times Monitor quality performance and ensure quality technicians are on track Assist with production issues and basic troubleshooting Coordinate workflow and keep operations running efficiently Promote a team-oriented, safety-first environment

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience required Leadership or lead experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work with people Ability to manage and direct production staff in real time Mechanical aptitude is a plus Experience in fast-paced production environments
