Production Operator - 1st Shift

Production Operator Job Description We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Operator to join our team. The role involves running mixing, bagging, and packaging machines, as well as palletizing products. You will receive training to set up and operate various types of equipment in the spray drying process. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, work weekends, and operate in confined spaces and elevated work platforms. Proficiency in reading and writing English is essential. Responsibilities Operate and manage mixing, bagging, and packaging machines. Palletize bagged products efficiently. Set up and operate equipment in the spray drying process. Maintain quality and safety standards by following GMP guidelines. Perform tasks while standing for extended periods. Work in confined spaces and at heights of up to 30 feet. Essential Skills At least 1 year of general production work or machine operating experience. 1+ year of experience in a GMP environment. Experience in mixing/blending processes. Ability to read and write English legibly. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma required. Experience working in GMP environments. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a GMP environment on the 1st shift, from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options. This role requires wearing a hair net, beard net, non-slip steel toe shoes, smocks, and gloves. You will be working with soy and wheat products in a structured and safety-conscious setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Berlin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
