Production Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust machines
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs
• Monitor equipment throughout production
• Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces
• Test and measure finished products and record their activities and manufacturing stages
• Act as the back up to the other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians, and temporary packaging personnel during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system
• Adhere to food safety, GMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices and customer specifications
• Report any food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action Requirements for

Production Operator:

• Able to lift from 5lbs to 50lbs during the work shift
• Able to frequently handle material from floor to waist and from waist to shoulder to overhead to place onto shelving units
• Able to bend, twist, reach, lift, push, pull and stand for long periods during the work shift
