Job Description

Material Handler / Production Support Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations Reliable and safety‑focused Material Handler with hands‑on experience supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations . Skilled in moving, tracking, and staging materials to keep production lines running efficiently. Experienced with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanning systems in fast‑paced industrial environments. Known for strong attention to detail, teamwork, and maintaining organized, safe work areas. Core Skills Material Handling & Production Support Forklift & Pallet Jack Operation Shipping & Receiving Support Inventory Picking, Staging & Stocking RF Scanner & Inventory Tracking Systems Warehouse & Manufacturing Environments Continuous Production Flow Support Workplace Safety & PPE Compliance Organization & Attention to Detail Team Communication & Coordination Professional Experience Material Handler | Manufacturing Facility Moved products and materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks Supported shipping and receiving operations , including pulling, staging, loading, and unloading materials Ensured production lines remained consistently supplied to maintain steady manufacturing flow Picked, organized, and stocked materials to designated warehouse and production locations Used RF scanners to accurately scan, track, and verify inventory and material locations Maintained a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility guidelines Followed all safety procedures and equipment operating instructions during material handling tasks Communicated effectively with machine operators, warehouse staff, and shipping teams to coordinate material needs Manufacturing & Warehouse Experience First‑shift production and warehouse environment Hands‑on, active role working around industrial equipment and machinery Experience supporting continuous manufacturing operations Comfortable working in fast‑paced settings with changing priorities Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency Key Strengths Dependable and punctual with strong work ethic Safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented Team‑focused with clear communication skills Quick learner eager to cross‑train and expand skill sets Adaptable to new equipment, processes, and production demands Additional Qualifications Previous experience in material handling or production roles Forklift experience (certification if applicable) Comfortable lifting, moving, and staging materials throughout shifts Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New Richmond, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
