Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble and inspect brake components and systems
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Ensure all work meets quality assurance standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory tracking and materials handling
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Requirements for

Production Associate:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
