The Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Packaging Supervisor, the Packaging Clerk will be responsible for completing and verifying packaging paperwork, assisting with communication boards, inventory control, and providing administrative support to both shifts.
Shift Second Shift:
12:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday - Thursday, or as job responsibilities require. Functions Must meet all the essential functions of a Packaging Operator to fill in on the packing line as needed. Responsible for daily counts and inventory. Complete end of run paperwork. Update and maintain IFS for the department including clocking ins, labels, line prep, etc. Maintain priority sheets for all lines. Verify MMRs are filled out correctly and are up to date. Verifying that book MMR and IFS amounts match. Physically verify all incoming WIP against MMR and IFS. Assist the lines by pulling materials needed and verifying that the correct labels are being used. Work with other depts to resolve inventory discrepancies. Assist with the inspection of equipment cleanliness on the line. Scrap out labels and other bottle components as they expire or are replaced with a new revision. Assisting leads with sampling for M2S Assist with the CI board and help schedule associated meetings. Fill out QA/QWs in the packaging department. File production records and fill out work orders as needed. Assisting with training and keeping the associated paperwork up to date. Assisting with the scheduling and documentation of meeting agendas. Ensure Packaging meets GMP requirements and communicate any issues. Assist with updating and documenting any necessary schedule changes to the packaging line.
Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or administrative position. Experience with manufacturing paperwork review and verification. Experience using inventory management software, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Experience managing schedules, inventory counts, and receiving materials. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of manufacturing records, scheduling, paperwork verification Proficiency in computers, communication, organization, and typing.
