This role supports the efficient and safe operation of the production line by performing hands-on production, quality, and sanitation tasks. The position plays a key role in ensuring products meet McCain's food safety, quality, and operational standards. What you'll be doing. Perform production tasks including filling, inspecting, sorting, and packaging food products Monitor raw materials, finished products, and equipment to ensure quality and compliance standards are met Support equipment operation by assisting with setup, start-up, shutdown, troubleshooting, and quality checks Perform sanitation duties, including chemical use, equipment inspections, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift Complete required documentation and perform additional tasks as assigned by line leaders and supervisors What you'll need to be successful. High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment with a strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and quality Basic English communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds Benefits of the role. Compensation Package:
Starting at $22.39 USD hourly + bonus eligibility + hourly pay differential for applicable shifts ($1.75/hr) The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.
