Mill Worker

Responsibilities of these positions may include operation of various woodworking tools and machines used in the production of custom cabinets. These may include hand-held power sanders, table saws, shapers, molders, and running the glue line. Mill Measure, mark, and cut raw materials to exact dimensions, supporting consistency across production Inspect materials and parts for defects, ensuring only quality components move forward in the manufacturing process. Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, planers, jointers, and routers to cut and shape cabinet components. Meet production deadlines by working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment while handling tools and equipment. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
