Open Positions:

Stamping Press Operator Operate mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses Perform press setups, die changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality Monitor press performance and report issues Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives Willingness to cross-train across the operation Press Brake Operator Set up and operate press brake equipment Read blueprints and bend specifications Select proper tooling and adjust machine parameters Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards Work closely with teammates to meet production goals Willingness to cross-train across the operation

What We're Looking For:

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience operating stamping presses or press brakes (preferred, not required) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Compensation & Benefits $18
