Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin US Your Role:
Set up equipment, produce and run analytical tests. Review protocols and suggests changes as necessary for management review. Train new employees and assist in cross-training current employees. Leading department when supervisor is absent or leading a small group in production. Assist in scheduling duties, assigning duties, and making sure duties are completed as necessary. Lead small group of employees with shift changeover to ensure clean shift handoffs, and that work is completed on all shifts, as necessary.
Shift/Hours:
3rd shift, 10:00 PM
  • 6:30 AM
  • Sunday
  • Thursday.
Physical Attributes:
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or other life science discipline. OR 4+ years of work experience in a chemical production, laboratory or chemical engineering role
Preferred Qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving and analytical techniques. Knowledge of chemistry and math. Mechanical aptitude and dexterity. Knowledge of quality management systems including ISO-9001 and cGMP.
