Job Overview Do you enjoy working in a factory environment and being part of a team? Are you a self-starter with a passion for excellence? If you answered "yes," VPI Corporation in Sheboygan has an opportunity for you! We are looking for general laborers to help set up and operate equipment and machinery in the production of our flooring products. You'll inspect and pack high-quality products in a fast-paced environment and operate a forklift (training provided).
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab, and twist. Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly. Attention to detail as it relates to product quality. Ensures a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.Shift Information:
2nd shift (2:54 p.m.- 11:00 p.m.)

Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math and reading skills are necessary. Excellent attendance record. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.Pay and Benefits:
Hourly rates range from $25.32 to $30.31 and are governed by the UAW Contract VPI offers a full union negotiated benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life and 401k Employee discounts and perks!
