What You'll Do As a Summer Manufacturing Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring innerspring units meet quality standards before moving on in the production process.

Your day-to-day will include:

Repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machine Attaching border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gun Lifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier system Keeping your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift What We're Looking For Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Must be able to lift over 70 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork EEOC At HSM, we believe that our diversity creates a productive workplace.
