Open Role:

Third Shift Production Operator We're hiring dependable, hands-on team members for our overnight operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying focused, and keeping things running smoothly. Your Role on the Night Team Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment on the packaging production line Set up jobs, load materials, and fine-tune settings for optimal results Run quality checks and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues Document production stats and ensure smooth hand-offs at shift change Maintain a safe and clean work area following all safety protocols Support fellow operators and help keep workflow efficient through the night We're Looking for

Candidates Who:
