Job Description:

Production Workers in automobile parts manufacturing are responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and operating machinery used to produce automotive components. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and following safety and quality standards to ensure products meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and efficiently Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure compliance with company standards Package and label parts for shipment or distribution Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines Load and unload materials and supplies as needed Monitor machine operations and report malfunctions or maintenance issues Meet daily production quotas and deadlines Follow company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve production processes

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Standing for extended periods of time Repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to work in hot, cold, or noisy manufacturing environments

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
