As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in machining, inspecting, packaging, and maintaining quality standards while helping meet production goals safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Operate production equipment according to manufacturing methods and quality procedures Run production jobs according to schedule requirements Deburr, clean, inspect, and package finished products Maintain accurate production counts and documentation Complete quality checks using gauges, measuring tools, and visual inspections Read and follow job travelers, work instructions, and basic blueprints Record labor, scrap, and rework information in the company operating system Perform basic operator-level machine maintenance as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with other production-related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents Basic blueprint reading skills preferred Basic computer skills are helpful Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements This position requires: Standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions Frequent use of hands for handling materials and operating equipment Regular lifting and carrying of materials weighing up to 40 pounds Working around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, dust, and moderate industrial noise Why Join Us?
