About the Role Join a dynamic team where your contributions directly impact the creation of high-quality products. As a Production Specialist, you will be instrumental in various stages of manufacturing, ensuring precision and efficiency. This role requires proficiency in equipment operation, quality control, and basic computer skills to maintain production standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Conduct thorough quality checks at each stage of the production process to meet quality standards. Accurately measure and cut materials using tools like tape measures and saws. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, performing minor repairs and escalating complex issues to maintenance. Package finished products, ensuring they are properly labeled and prepared for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in using tape measures and other measuring devices. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with operating bending machines and saws. Experience with quality control procedures and documentation.
