Conduct thorough quality checks at each stage of the production process to meet quality standards. Accurately measure and cut materials using tools like tape measures and saws. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, performing minor repairs and escalating complex issues to maintenance. Package finished products, ensuring they are properly labeled and prepared for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proficiency in using tape measures and other measuring devices. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
