Position Description:

The Production Lead works side by side with the team and is responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure it runs smoothly. The Lead is the point person for production line team members by ensuring teamwork, activity coordination, and productivity on the shift.

Job Duties:

Prepare batter mixtures. Maintain quality of finished product coming off the production line. Coordinate activity of production team members. Provide guidance to production team members. Implement process improvements as directed. Ensure productivity is maximized by driving efficiencies and utilization. Ensure health and safety compliance. Provide clear communication with the packaging team, production team, and quality. Competencies /

Skill Requirements:

Previous leadership experience a plus. Previous food manufacturing experience a plus. Attention to detail. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Make manual adjustments to robotics. Work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack and an electric walk behind pallet jack. Basic math skills required. May work in some temperature-controlled areas. Safety mindset, including ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug-free workplace.
