Apply Apply Job Description Job Overview This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising employees working in the general labor/paint department. Will apply general labor/paint knowledge to train team members and to ensure quality/production standards are met.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage staffing/workflow. Ensure quality product is produced in a timely manner. Ensure safety rules are followed. Train staff/monitor and track progression of skill improvements. Champion positive company culture/lead by example. Practice active problem solving. Follow employee discipline guidelines.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Experience:

2+ years of manufacturing experience.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Must place a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail. Able to read and understand work orders and blueprints. Able to identify problems during the manufacturing process and make necessary adjustments to correct. Must be able to follow detailed manufacturing instructions. Ability to work with hand tools. Able to use and understand basic measuring tools, i.e. tape measure, caliper. Able to work in a team environment. Able to effectively provide and accept feedback from colleagues based on work reviews. Flexibility to work overtime to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing process.

Essential Physical/ Mental Requirements:

Work requires occasional bending, lifting, and reaching. Work is performed in an environment with noise. Need to occasionally move and carry loads of up to 50 lbs. Must have good time management skills. Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift Must have the ability to maintain concentration and focus on tasks requiring timeliness and accuracy while working in an environment with interruptions and occasional noise.
