Job Description

Adecco is partnering with a local client in West Bend, Wisconsin to find reliable production workers and paint line personnel on 2nd shift.
  • Pay:
  • $18-$20 (Based on Experience)
  • PLUS $2/hr shift premium when hired on
  • PLUS opportunity for base increase when hired on, 60 days after hire on and 6 months after hire on (potential for 3 base increases in the first year!)
  • 2nd
Shift:
  • Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10pm
  • OT may result in shifts extending to 10 hours per day and/or weekend work

  • Responsibilities
  • + Unload parts, grind and finish metal parts, and sort/order quantities accurately.
+ Use hand tooling for tasks based on setup documents or supervisor/lead guidance. + Prepare parts for coating by taping, masking and hanging them properly on the conveyor. + Assist with assembly and racking as needed. + Perform work to time standards, ensuring quality and resolving basic manufacturing issues. + Document time and production data, report material, production, and quality control issues. + Maintain equipment performance logs, assist with preventative maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Qualifications
  • + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work safely with hand tools and metal materials. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently while adapting to change.
  • Pay Details:
  • $18.
