Summer Production SpecialistJob Type Seasonal / Summer Position Full-Time (~40 hours per week) Schedule Monday
  • Thursday 6:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Friday 6:00 AM
  • 10:00 AM (Hours subject to change based on production needs) Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team for the summer season.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving production support, fabrication assistance, and grounds keeping duties. This opportunity is ideal for high school graduates, college students, or individuals looking to gain hands-on work experience in manufacturing and production. Responsibilities Assist with fabrication and production of architectural building materials Perform cutting, drilling, assembling, packaging, and storing of materials Operate tools and equipment safely while using proper PPE Assist with grounds keeping and maintaining clean work areas Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards Notify supervisors of equipment issues, delays, or production concerns Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive work environment Qualifications Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift 50+ pounds unassisted Able to stand for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Location On-site position (not remote) Benefits Hands-on experience in manufacturing and production Opportunity to learn valuable trade and workplace skills Team-oriented environment
