Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality frames through measuring, cutting, assembly, packaging, and material handling processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate production equipment including saws and cutting tools safely and efficiently Measure and cut frame materials to precise specifications using tape measures and rulers Assemble frames and related components according to company quality standards Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products Inspect products for accuracy, defects, and overall quality Package and prepare completed orders for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow schedules and meet daily output goals Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, woodworking, or assembly experience preferred Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure and ruler Basic math skills, including measuring, addition, subtraction, and fractions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to lift and move 50-60 lbs regularly Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
