Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machinery, setting equipment to required specifications, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring materials and finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Set up and adjust equipment/machinery according to production requirements. Monitor machinery and equipment during operation to ensure optimal performance. Inspect materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards. Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns. Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Must Have:
Strong communication skills. Active learning mindset and ability to adapt to new processes. Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing/production role.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred. Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. #
