Production Associate

Hiring a Production Worker in Inwood, WV Job Description We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain the smooth operation of the production line by operating equipment, ensuring materials are stocked, and addressing any issues promptly. You will collaborate closely with supervisors, maintenance, and other team members to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency. This position requires staying aware of the production line activities, taking initiative, and maintaining attention to quality and safety. This is a long-term permanent opportunity 2-2-3 schedule 2pm-2am or 2am-2pm

Pay Rate:

$22/hour to start Benefits included Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery, including conveyors, packaging equipment, and assembly line machines. Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Identify and escalate mechanical or process issues to maintenance when necessary. Maintain awareness of production KPIs such as output rates, scrap, downtime, and efficiency. Replenish line supplies and handle material operations to ensure continuous production flow. Perform quality checks and inspections during or after production runs. Coordinate with maintenance teams and follow preventative maintenance practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with packaging operations, material handling, and replenishment. Exposure to continuous production lines and quota-driven environments. Comfortable working around industrial equipment, heat, noise, and moving machinery. Work Environment Our work environment is a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing and production floor. Employees stand and move around machinery for extended periods, multitasking and responding swiftly to production demands. The team-oriented atmosphere involves frequent interaction with supervisors and maintenance staff. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Martinsburg, WV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
