Shift Patterns Shift:

1st Shift 7:00am to 4:00pm 2nd Shift 6:00pm to 3:00am Pay Rates 16.00 - 17.00 USD hourly Requirements As a Manufacturing Production Position you will need to have: Ability to learn and rotate to two (2) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line. Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders. Able to stand on your feet for the entire shift Cannot have worked at Wincore Windows As a Manufacturing Production Position, it would be desirable to have: Learn more than one part of the assembly process Read schematics to understand the production process Use a variety of hand and power tools Operate and monitor machinery Measure workpieces Inspect products for quality and damages Report product damages, operation concerns, safety hazards, and other incidents to management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Role of a Manufacturing Production Position Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
