Pay & Shifts Available:

Pay starts at $17/hour Monday-Friday Approximately 8-hour shifts (10pm-6am) >>><<< ✅

Bonuses:

$100 Referral Bonus (For each person you bring on with you) >>><<< ✅ Essential Duties & Responsibilities You will be responsible for cleaning/inspecting solar panels (outside on a solar farm) during production. >>><<< ✅

Minimum Requirements & Desired Qualifications:

No diploma or experience required; experience in manufacturing preferred. Fundamental knowledge to work with different computer applications. Ability to use mobile systems, communication devices, and simple tool interfaces. Ability to use simple hand tools and measurement tools Basic Math skills appropriate to learn typical manufacturing production metrics Able and willing to learn (interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues and problem-solve Proficiency in English language skills. Must pass a drug screen. Must pass a 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny. >>><<< ✅

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for up to 12 hours per day. Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs.
