Roll Former Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Roll Former Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating roll forming machinery to produce high-quality metal components efficiently and accurately. Your expertise in various fabrication techniques and machinery will ensure that production standards are consistently met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor roll forming machines to produce metal profiles according to detailed blueprints and specifications. Perform routine inspections of machinery, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Utilize machining tools for fabrication tasks. Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, Measuring Tape and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and surface finishes. Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to safety protocols, including proper use of hand tools, welding equipment, cranes, Forklift, and tooling. Collaborate with team members on assembly processes, tooling setups, and fabrication techniques to ensure seamless production flow. Experience Proven experience operating roll forming machinery or similar metal fabrication equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in stamping presses, press brake machines, welding techniques, and electrical discharge machining. Skilled in the use of hand tools, precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers, as well as basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication, quality inspection processes, assembly tasks, and tooling setup is preferred. Knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation, Forklift, and the use of mechanical tools in a manufacturing setting is essential.
