Production Worker

Hiring Production Operators We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. $18/hr

Shifts:

12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7

AM Key Responsibilities:

Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specifications Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment Maintain accurate production and quality records Assist with line changeovers and setup Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team members

What We're Looking For:

Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotation (including every other weekend) Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
