KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure first pass quality by testing samples of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Perform laboratory analysis using a variety of instrumentation such as: XRD, ICP-OES, XRF, Titrators, pH Meters, Adsorption Analyzers, Balances, etc. Ensure data is reported to production in a timely manner and quality excursions are escalated immediately. Assist in root cause analysis investigations and support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements.
WE VALUE
Bachelor of Science degree in a field such as Chemistry, Biology or Physics. Experience working in an industrial quality assurance laboratory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
Ability to read and understand complex analytical procedures in order to perform all required testing in the assigned area. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Products. Working familiarity of laboratory fundamentals and quality assurance practices. Ability to lift 35 pounds and climb ladders and stairs.
