Full Job Description Benefits:
Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Vision insurance D.W. Mack Co., Inc is seeking a full time Junior Quality Inspector to join our team. You will conduct tests to determine the quality of finished materials and finished products. Alternative Workweek Schedule
  • Hours are Monday
  • Thursday 7:00am
  • 5:30pm Benefits include: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, profit sharing, vacation, sick pay
Responsibilities:
Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor or machine operator. Approves finished products by confirming the specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor. Documents inspection results by completeing reports and logs. Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations. Be a team member of the Quality department and support production and other internal departments to further th interest of the company.
Qulaifications:
Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications Blueprint reading Ability to use measuring devices such as gauges, meters and calipers Experience in the Aerospace industry a Plus Conversational Spanish a Plus About D.W.
