Medical Device Startup Location:
Irvine, CA (On-site) About the Role We are seeking a Junior Quality Inspector to join our growing medical device startup. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will support quality and manufacturing by performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections while working in a Lab , Warehouse, and cleanroom setting . This role requires flexibility and a willingness to wear multiple hats. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products Use microscopes and basic inspection tools to identify defects Work in a cleanroom environment , following gowning and handling procedures Complete basic documentation and accurately enter data into systems Support production and quality activities as needed in a startup setting Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and compliance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus) 0-2 years of inspection, manufacturing, or related experience Comfortable working with small components and microscopes Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Nice to Have Cleanroom or medical device experience Familiarity with quality inspection or regulated environments What We're Looking For Willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities Dependable and team-oriented mindset Good attention to detail and organization Working Conditions On-site role in Lab/Warehouse, and Cleanroom environment Extended periods of sitting, standing, and microscope use
