Shift:

Swing Shift (must be available for both 1st and 2nd shifts) Position Summary The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting routine and non-routine analysis of the manufacturing environment and in-process commercial products in accordance with standard operating procedures. This role ensures product quality, safety, and compliance by applying current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The position involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and supporting overall laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Essential Duties Perform routine testing and basic troubleshooting of laboratory processes and equipment Conduct microbiological and chemical assays following established procedures Apply cGMP, GLP, and GDP standards in all laboratory activities Collect, process, and accurately document data using electronic systems Compile and analyze test data; prepare reports for internal and regulatory use Review data for conformance to specifications and investigate any anomalies Calibrate, maintain, and ensure proper operation of laboratory instruments Collaborate with team members to complete all required QC testing Support data trending, data review, and routine laboratory maintenance Assist in training new personnel as needed Follow all safety and environmental procedures; report incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly Promote and maintain a strong safety culture Supplementary Duties Participate in team, department, and company meetings as required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and routine projects Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific field Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory or quality control experience Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and GDP practices Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to accurately document and report data Effective communication and teamwork skills Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures 10205371 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
