None Position Summary
HR MGMT 10, LLC
is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. The Quality Control (QC) Specialist - Peptides is responsible for ensuring all peptide products meet internal quality standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements from intake through final release. Core Responsibilities 1. Incoming Review & Release Review and sample incoming materials, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and supplier documentation Submit materials for required testing Release, quarantine or reject materials for production based on incoming quality review/testing 2. Lab Testing Coordination Coordinate product testing with third-party laboratories Prepare and submit samples with proper Chain of Custody (COC) documentation Maintain ongoing communication with labs and provide updates to the team on testing timelines and upcoming results Review COAs for accuracy Schedule vendors as needed for equipment maintenance and calibration 3. Production Quality (CTQs) Monitor key quality points including target fill weight, airflow, seal/closure, reject rate and production yields. Ensure products meet internal specifications Stop production if quality or compliance issues are identified 4. Finished Goods Release Verify labels, packaging, and batch/UID accuracy Ensure compliance with regulatory labeling requirements Approve or hold finished products for distribution 5. Documentation Maintain QC logs, Batch Production Records (BPRs), COAs, and COC forms Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready Maintain calibration records of required instrumentation 6. Formulation & Calculations Verify target fill weights based on incoming quality inspection testing results. Perform sampling of lyophilized powders in a glove box/isolator Approve input materials based on test results and internal standards 7. SOPs & Continuous Improvement Support development and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Identify gaps and improve quality processes Assist with deviation reporting and corrective actions as needed Qualifications Required 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or quality control Experience with lab testing, COAs, and documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to identify and escalate quality issues Skills & Systems Proficient in Google Softwares Ability to leverage ERP software for data tracking, basic calculations, and logs Strong documentation and record keeping skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows across production, lab coordination, and compliance Strong problem-solving skills Chemistry & Technical Knowledge Ability to read and interpret COAs Basic understanding of peptide testing results and methodology Basic math skills for potency calculations and batch consistency Compensation & Benefits Base Salary starting at $20/hr Placement within the range is based on experience, demonstrated quality control expertise, and relevant industry knowledge.
