The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analysis skills, and a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance systems. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols. Your role is vital in maintaining product integrity, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of materials and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications. Perform quality audits in accordance with

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA

regulations, and other relevant standards to identify deviations and areas for improvement. Collect and analyze data related to product quality metrics; document findings accurately for traceability and reporting purposes. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence through effective quality management practices. Ensure compliance with

HACCP, CGMP

(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other safety protocols throughout the production process. Support ongoing training initiatives related to quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining certification standards by preparing documentation for external audits and internal reviews. Requirements Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing setting; familiarity with QA/QC processes is essential. Strong analysis skills with proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Knowledge of industry standards including

ISO 9001, ISO 13485

(medical devices), HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings. Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) effectively for dimensional verification. Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills for data collection and documentation accuracy. Familiarity with quality management software and data analysis tools is preferred. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and convey technical information clearly.
