About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Laboratory Analyst to join our team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of food products. By performing precise analytical testing and maintaining accurate data records, you will directly contribute to our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced laboratory environment. Responsibilities Execute standardized testing protocols to prepare and analyze food product samples with high accuracy. Operate specialized laboratory instrumentation to perform chemical and physical quality assessments. Ensure data integrity by meticulously recording and entering test results into digital systems. Maintain a high standard of documentation to support traceability and quality assurance initiatives. Collaborate with the production team to communicate findings that impact product quality and safety. Uphold strict laboratory safety standards and sanitation protocols to ensure a secure workspace. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a laboratory or quality control setting. Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications. Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Strong commitment to following established safety and operational procedures. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within food manufacturing or food science environments. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems or similar databases. Proven ability to adapt to new testing methodologies and equipment.
