Responsibilities Execute systematic laboratory testing and chemical analysis to verify product integrity and regulatory compliance. Manage the precise calibration and operation of HPLC and GC instrumentation to generate reliable data. Maintain a high-functioning laboratory environment by organizing supplies and upholding strict sanitation standards. Translate complex test findings into clear, actionable reports for cross-functional production teams. Partner with manufacturing staff to identify root causes of quality deviations and implement effective corrective actions. Champion workplace safety by strictly adhering to established laboratory protocols and hazard mitigation strategies. Contribute to the optimization of testing methodologies to increase throughput and accuracy. Engage in ongoing professional development and process improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Laboratory Technology, or a related scientific discipline. Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and data management software. Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to follow complex technical instructions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration. Preferred Skills Prior professional experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial laboratory setting. Hands-on technical experience with HPLC and GC analytical instruments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or process issues independently.
