Responsibilities Perform qPCR and RT-qPCR testing Prepare samples, extractions, and quality control materials Analyze and interpret data using qPCR software Troubleshoot assay and instrument issues Maintain accurate records and documentation Follow laboratory procedures and quality standards Qualifications Experience performing qPCR in a laboratory setting Familiarity with qPCR data analysis and interpretation Understanding of assay development, validation, and troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
