3 months contract to start Pay range: $27-34/hr Job Description The Quality Receiver plays an integral role in the Quality Department by taking a hands-on role related to post-market investigations of FDA-approved medical devices. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams to accomplish both departmental and company goals. Responsibilities Perform receipt and unpacking of returned product in a safe manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment by adhering to safety and quality protocols Perform moderately complex tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards Provide cross-functional support by adapting to shifting priorities and duties Ensure accurate and timely data entry while maintaining productivity Review Lot Acceptance records and Device History Records (DHRs) Generate, review, and maintain quality records aligned with the Quality System Participate in Internal Quality Audits and support audit readiness Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in receiving, material handling, or inspection in quality-focused environments

Preferred Skills:

Experience in medical device or regulated industry Experience in lab or biohazard environment Proficiency in MS Excel (charts, Pareto analysis is a plus) Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently Strong communication skills
