This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation and an interest in applying data-driven approaches to real-world food manufacturing challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are consistent, compliant, and well-documented. Education/degree or experience in a science-related field is preferred!
Process Monitoring & Support:
assist in monitoring sterilization and process control parameters to ensure consistency, product safety, and adherence to established standards.
Data Collection & Analysis:
organize, review, and analyze process data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
Documentation & Data Organization:
support the organization of process control documentation, validations, and records (including overseas treatment data) to ensure accessibility and audit readiness.
Validation Support:
assist in executing validation and verification activities, including data collection, protocol support, and report preparation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
work with FSQA, Technical, and Operations teams to support process improvements and ensure alignment with regulatory and customer requirements.
Regulatory Compliance:
help maintain compliance with FSMA, FDA, and SQF standards by ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Troubleshooting Support:
participate in investigations of process deviations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
identify opportunities to improve data organization, workflow efficiency, and process consistency.
